1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Scoreo (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and other persons who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Scoreo is a sports data and live-scores web application. We provide real-time match results, standings, statistics, and related sports information sourced from third-party data providers. We do not operate, organise, or govern any sporting event or competition referenced on the platform.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using an email address or a supported third-party OAuth provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country) to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for abusive, illegal, or fraudulent purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without prior written consent.
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scoreo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Sports data, team names, logos, and competition names are the property of their respective owners. Scoreo does not claim ownership over third-party marks displayed on the platform.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that sports data displayed will be accurate or complete at all times. Live scores and statistics are provided for informational purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scoreo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scoreo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
